What ClearWeek is
ClearWeek is a personal budgeting tool. It helps you plan and track weekly spending using figures you enter. It is not a financial service, is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not give financial advice.
Who can use it
ClearWeek is a general utility app available for personal use.
Free and Premium tiers
Core budgeting features are free. Optional Premium features and prices are shown in the app. Google Play processes purchases. Subscriptions can be cancelled through Google Play and remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are generally handled through Google Play under its current process and policy, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.
No guarantee of accuracy
Figures depend entirely on the data you provide. ClearWeek does not verify entries against an external source. Do not rely solely on the app for important financial decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of ClearWeek or decisions based on figures shown in it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights.
Your responsibilities
- Enter figures accurately to the best of your ability
- Do not rely solely on ClearWeek for debt, tax or other significant decisions
- Use the app lawfully and for personal purposes
Intellectual property
ClearWeek’s design, code and content belong to the developer and may not be copied, modified or redistributed without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to ClearWeek or applicable requirements. The revision date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
